Begin your day practicing yoga in your pjs with Lisa for just 15-20 minutes then end your day with meditation back in your pjs for 5-10 minutes before embarking on a fab nights sleep.
This program is suitable for beginners and/or anyone that wants to get a regular yoga and meditation practice back into your life for 7 days in a row.
